New Course and Transponder system for the HYR 6 Hr Endurance Race

SAN BERNARDINO, CA - MARCH 18, 2009 - This is the 15th year of the HYR 6 Hour endurance race at Glen Helen Raceway.  Gary Jones and Ron Lawson have put together a course that has never been seen at any Endurance event at Glen Helen Raceway.  New trails have been designed and a few new areas have been added to this year’s event. The course will be more technical, more mileage, and more fun for you and friends or family to come out and enjoy a fun team event at Glen Helen Raceway.

Also, please welcome the introduction of the new Trackside Transponder system. John Dain, the owner of Trackside, will be at this event and we will have the honor of having him monitor our new system. There will be no increase in the deposit, $100 up front and you will have $80 returned to you by mail with your completed return application and transponder.

The HYR 6 hour Endurance event is scheduled for March 29, 2009.  The event starts at 8:30am and ends at 2:30pm.  Each team may have up to 3 riders and two bikes.  There are 11 classes from Expert and Sportsman to the family and Business classes.  For complete information go on line at www.glenhelen.com or call our 24 hour information line at 909-880-3090.
