PLEASE READ

PITS & BIKE EXCHANGE:

Pits are Located  behind the starting gate billboard are marked with a orange number please have that number with you when you come to sign-up. Impound is located on the national track starting gate

*Sign up is Friday Noon-4pm and Saturday 7am-9am.

*Allowed what will fit in your assigned pit location

*YOU MUST ONLY USE THE ALLOWED AREA. You may camp your the pit area.

*You will be assigned a pit area at time of sign up.

*Riders may pit or change riders at any time.

* You must work on bikes at your pit location

* SPEED LIMIT MANDATORY at 5 MPH IN PITS. If you exceed the speed limit you may be penalized

IMPOUND:

*Amateur Teams may use 6 bikes 6 Riders

*Pro Teams 1 bike and 4 riders

*ALL TEAMS MUST HAVE SAME TEAM NUMBER ON BOTH BIKES, FRONT & LEFT AT THE VERY LEAST!

* 5 bikes must be in impound at all times!!!

*Transponders on the bike- each time you switch bikes move the transponder to the new bike

* You and your team may not work on the bike in the impound area.

 

WATER AND TRACK

*We will have water trucks throughout the race track watering.

*If you see  a yellow flagg waving it could be a water truck on the track or down rider -ahead please proceed with caution

*The course consists of several different terrains etc. Please be careful the first lap to learn the track *DO NOT CUT THE COURSE!!  WE HAVE A NEW TRANSPONDER SYSTEM THAT WILL BE USER TO CATCH COURSE CUTTING. STAY ON THE COURSE!!!!!!

 

SCORING AND REGISTRATION:

*All Riders must register at the Sign-Up at the Museum  Live Scoring www.glenhelen.com and at the Museum

*Transponders will be also used – You MUST leave a CC or DL for deposit-No CHARGE FOR THE TRANSPONDER

*TRANSPONDERS will be mounted on your bike! GPS will be used for the Pro Teams

*Computer scoring is used.

1 Hour after the race. 25% Trophies-will be mail to you 3 weeks after the event.
