Media Access at Events

Any media personnel that wish to be on-site for any event at Glen Helen that is an event promoted by Glen Helen must be approved and follow these steps below to gain access. The Media pass form on GHR website must be completed and submitted prior to event. 

• All media personnel must present as the front gate as such and sign the GHR Media Liability Waiver. 

• GHR will collect a valid ID and provide a “GHR Media Vest” which must be worn at all times while entering any of GHR racetracks. ID will be returned when GHR Media Vest is returned to the front gate.
